Medium: Linoleum Print If you've never done prints before, it's kind of an odd process. You have to take a big piece of linoleum and use a special cutter to dig into it. You have to know where the light and the dark of the piece are going to be, so to get Nakashima Mika to look right, I had to decide how I was going to do the positive and negative space. In the end (after cutting myself a bunch of times), I think it was successful. I really hated to dig out the linoleum before, and I tended to do it painstakingly slow =P Back to Artwork |
